The calendar includes one mainboard IPO and seven SME issues across diverse sectors such as healthcare, construction, IT consulting, packaging, metals, textiles and fashion.
Amanta Healthcare IPO
The highlight of the week is the Amanta Healthcare IPO, opening on 1 September and closing on 3 September 2025. The company has fixed a price band of ₹120–₹126 per share, targeting to raise ₹126 crore through a fresh issue of one crore equity shares.
The proceeds will be used for capital expenditure and general corporate purposes. The minimum application size is 119 shares per lot.
Amanta Healthcare is engaged in the manufacture of sterile liquid pharmaceutical products, producing both large-volume and small-volume parenterals across six therapeutic categories.

- Sharvaya Metals IPO (Sep 4–9): The aluminium products maker is launching a ₹58.80 crore IPO, including a fresh issue worth ₹49 crore and an OFS of ₹9.80 crore.
- Vigor Plast India IPO (Sep 4–9): The packaging company will collect ₹25.10 crore, with a fresh issue of ₹20.24 crore and an OFS of ₹4.86 crore. Shares are priced between ₹77 and ₹81.
- Vashishtha Luxury Fashion IPO (Sep 5–10): The apparel brand is floating an ₹8.7 crore issue, offering 7.99 lakh shares in the price range of ₹109–₹111 per share. Minimum bid size: 2,400 shares.
13 IPO Listings This Week
The week will also witness 13 IPOs listing on the NSE and BSE, giving investors opportunities to track debut-day performance.
