MV Electrosystems Ltd. has opened its initial public offering (IPO) for public subscription today, July 30, 2026. The book-built issue will remain open for bidding until August 3, 2026. The company aims to raise ₹290 crore through a fresh issue of 68.24 lakh equity shares, with no offer for sale component.

The proceeds from the issue will be utilised towards funding long-term working capital requirements, investment in research and development for new power electronics equipment, and general corporate purposes.

What is the Price Band and Lot Size? 

The price band for the MV Electrosystems IPO has been fixed at ₹400–₹425 per equity share.

Investors can bid for a minimum of 34 equity shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹14,450 at the upper end of the price band. Thereafter, bids can be placed in multiples of 34 shares.

IPO Closes: August 3, 2026

Basis of Allotment (Tentative): August 4, 2026

The IPO is being managed by Sundae Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd., while KFin Technologies Ltd. has been appointed as the registrar to the issue.

Total Income: ₹49.79 crore

Total Assets: ₹145.74 crore

Net Worth: ₹62.57 crore

The company reported a loss after tax of ₹12.63 crore in FY26, compared with a profit after tax of ₹1.40 crore in FY25.
