What Are the Key Details of the Robokidz Eduventures IPO?
Robokidz Eduventures is raising ₹31.09 crore entirely through a fresh issue of 29.32 lakh shares, with no offer for sale (OFS) component. The issue was priced in a band of ₹100 to ₹106 per share, with a face value of ₹10 per share and a final issue price of ₹106. The lot size for an application is 1,200 shares, and the minimum investment required by a retail investor was ₹2,54,400 for 2,400 shares at the upper price band.
Of the total issue, ₹8.77 crore was raised earlier from three anchor investors, Nine Alps Trust, Vira AIF Trust and Vikasa India.
GYR Capital Advisors is the lead merchant banker and Maashitla Securities Private Limited is the registrar of the issue. Ahead of listing, Robokidz Eduventures shares were trading at a premium of more than 50% in the grey market (GMP).
