Indo-MIM Ltd, the Bengaluru based manufacturer of precision engineering components using metal injection molding (MIM) technology, has fixed a price band of ₹461 to ₹485 per share for its ₹3,800 crore initial public offering, opening for subscription on July 23. 

What Is The Price Band And Lot Size For Indo-MIM IPO? 

The price band is set at ₹461 to ₹485 per share. The lot size for an application is 30 shares. At the upper end of the price band, this means a minimum retail investment of ₹14,550 for one lot. Small non-institutional investors (sNII) need to apply for a minimum of 14 lots, or 420 shares, amounting to ₹2,03,700. Big non-institutional investors (bNII) need a minimum of 69 lots, or 2,070 shares, amounting to ₹10,03,950. The face value of each share is ₹1. 

What Is The Issue Size And Structure Of Indo-MIM IPO? 

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹500 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to ₹3,312 crore by existing shareholders and promoters. Under the OFS, Green Meadows Investments will sell 6.05 crore shares, Anuradha Koduri will offload 54.59 lakh shares, and the Indian Institute of Technology Madras will sell 23.07 lakh shares. 

The company had earlier reduced the size of the IPO. The fresh issue was cut to ₹500 crore from the earlier proposed ₹1,000 crore, while the offer for sale was reduced from 12.96 crore shares. 

At the upper end of the price band, Indo-MIM will command a post listing market capitalisation of around ₹23,981.4 crore. 

What Does Indo-MIM Do And Where Will The IPO Proceeds Go? 

Indo-MIM operates 15 manufacturing facilities across India, the United States, the United Kingdom and Mexico. The company describes itself as the world’s largest manufacturer of precision engineering components using MIM technology, with a 6.8 percent market share. It caters to the automotive, defence, medical, consumer and aerospace sectors through more than 9,000 product types. 

Indo-MIM plans to use ₹400 crore from the net proceeds of the fresh issue to repay borrowings, while the remaining funds will go toward general corporate purposes. As of May 2026, its consolidated outstanding borrowings stood at ₹1,212.3 crore. 

The company’s financial performance has remained strong in recent years. Profit rose 26 percent year on year to ₹533.5 crore in fiscal 2026, while revenue increased 26 percent to ₹4,193 crore. 

MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar for the issue. The merchant bankers managing the IPO are HDFC Bank, Axis Capital, ICICI Securities, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company, and SBI Capital Markets.

What Is The Grey Market Premium For Indo-MIM IPO? 

Indo-MIM shares were commanding a grey market premium (GMP) of ₹205 as of July 20, 2026. Based on the upper price band of ₹485, this points to an estimated listing price of ₹690 per share. 

Grey market premium is an unofficial indicator based on unregulated trading and can change significantly before listing. It should not be treated as a guarantee of listing gains.
