Afterwards, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company on 14 September, 1994 and the name of the Company was changed from 'Kukson Footcare Limited' to 'Cistro Telelink Limited' on 9 November, 2002. Due to continuous losses in the Company in the last few years. the capital of the Company has been eroded.
