Turtlemint Fintech Solutions IPO Allotment: How to Check Status on NSE, BSE and KFin Technologies

The Turtlemint Fintech Solutions IPO allotment status is likely to be finalised by late evening on Wednesday, 24 June. Bid finalisation details will be available on the websites of registrar KFin Technologies, the NSE and the BSE. 

Subscription Status 

The initial public offering was subscribed 1.20x, with bids received for 3,95,47,704 shares against 3,29,01,878 shares on offer. 

Qualified institutional buyers subscribed their portion 1.59x. The retail individual investor category was subscribed 1.07x. Within the non-institutional investor category, bids of above ₹10 lakh were subscribed 0.52x, while bids of ₹2 lakh to ₹10 lakh were subscribed 0.54x. 

Issue Details 

The ₹882.67 crore Turtlemint Fintech Solutions IPO comprised a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹660.72 crore and an offer for sale worth ₹221.95 crore. 

Selling shareholders in the offer for sale included promoters Anand Rohidas Prabhudesai and Dhirendra Nalin Mahyavanshi, along with Peak XV Partners Investments V, Vistra ITCL (India) Ltd, trustee of Blume Ventures Fund 1X, and Kunal Shah. 

The price band was set at ₹144 to ₹152 per share. The minimum investment for a retail investor was 98 shares. 

Turtlemint Fintech Solutions, incorporated in 2015, is a technology-enabled insurance distribution platform connecting customers, insurance advisors and insurers across health, motor, life and other insurance products.

On NSE: 

• Visit the NSE IPO status page 

• Select “Equity & SME IPO bid details” 

• Choose “Turtlemint Fintech Solutions” under the symbol TURTLEMINT 

• Enter PAN and application number 

• Click “Submit” 

On BSE: 

• Visit the BSE allotment status page 

• Keep issue type as “Equity” 

• Select “Turtlemint Fintech Solutions Ltd” from the dropdown 

• Enter PAN or application number 

• Click “Search” 

On KFin Technologies: 

• Visit the KFin IPO status page 

• Select “Turtlemint Fintech Solutions” from the list 

• Enter PAN, application number or demat account number 

• Click “Submit” 

Listing Date 

Shares of Turtlemint Fintech Solutions are scheduled to list on the NSE and the BSE on Monday, 29 June, at 10 am.
