Juniper Green Energy Ltd, a renewable energy independent power producer, has set the price band for its ₹1,800 crore initial public offering at ₹214 to ₹225 per share. Anchor investor bidding will open a day ahead of the public issue, on July 29, with the main subscription window running from July 30 to August 3.

The IPO carries a total issue size of ₹1,800 crore. At the upper end of the price band, the company’s market capitalisation works out to approximately ₹12,802.47 crore.

About Juniper Green Energy
Gurugram-based Juniper Green Energy describes itself as among the top 10 largest renewable independent power producers in India. As of June 2026, the company’s portfolio spanned 50 projects with a total capacity of 7,910.20 MW, equivalent to 10,247.06 MWp. This marks a sharp expansion from its first solar project, a 100 MW plant commissioned in March 2020.
Of the 50 projects, 20 are operational with a combined capacity of 1,794.80 MW. A further 19 contracted projects under construction account for 2,875.40 MW, while 11 awarded projects under construction add another 3,240 MW to the pipeline.
Objects of the Issue
Juniper Green Energy plans to use ₹1,411.9 crore from the net proceeds of the issue to repay loans, with the balance earmarked for general corporate purposes. The company’s consolidated outstanding fund-based borrowings stood at ₹13,266 crore as of June 2026.
Financial Performance
For the year ended March 2026, Juniper Green Energy reported a 10.9 per cent rise in profit to ₹40.5 crore, alongside a 41.3 per cent increase in revenue to ₹718.9 crore, compared with the previous year.

ICICI Securities, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India), JM Financial and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company are managing the Juniper Green Energy IPO.
Outlook
Following the close of subscription on August 3, the basis of allotment is due on August 4, with refunds and share credits on August 5 ahead of listing on August 6.
