The Moneyview IPO is worth ₹1,092 crore, split between a fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS). The fresh issue comprises 22.06 crore shares aggregating to ₹750 crore, and the OFS comprises 10.05 crore shares aggregating to ₹341.68 crore.

How Much Did Moneyview Raise via Anchor Investors?
Moneyview raised ₹327.5 crore from anchor investors (institutions that buy shares early at a fixed price) on 23 September 2026, a day ahead of the issue opening. The company allotted 9.63 crore equity shares at the upper end of the price band.
Of this, 6.96 crore shares worth ₹236.7 crore went to seven domestic mutual funds, including SBI Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential AMC, HDFC AMC, Motilal Oswal AMC, Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC and Quant Mutual Fund. Other participants included Goldman Sachs, Amundi Funds, 360 ONE, HDFC Life Insurance Company and India Acorn Fund.
What Does Moneyview Do?
Incorporated in 2014, Moneyview is a fintech company offering digital financial services through its mobile platform, connecting users with banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), insurers and other institutions for personal loans, credit cards, insurance and digital gold.
As of 30 June 2026, the platform had 14.03 crore registered users and 48 financial partners. Moneyview is promoted by Puneet Agarwal, Sanjay Aggarwal and Sushma Abburi.
What Is Moneyview’s Financial Performance?
Moneyview’s net profit for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 was ₹173.80 crore, up more than 2.5 times from ₹67.15 crore a year earlier. Total income rose to ₹1,085.09 crore from ₹702.92 crore over the same period.
For the financial year ended 31 March 2026, profit rose to ₹242.71 crore from ₹240.28 crore a year earlier, while total income rose to ₹3,404.27 crore from ₹2,378.53 crore.
How Will Moneyview Use the IPO Proceeds?
Of the fresh issue proceeds, Moneyview will use ₹325 crore to grow loan disbursals under default loss guarantee (DLG) arrangements, where a third party covers a share of loan defaults. Another ₹250 crore will strengthen the capital base of its subsidiary, Whizdm Finance, and the rest is earmarked for general corporate purposes.
