Shares of Lalithaa Jewellery Mart listed on the NSE at ₹265 apiece, up 31.84% over the ₹201 issue price. On the BSE, the stock listed at ₹265.30, up 31.99% from the upper end of the price band. The company’s market capitalisation stood at ₹14,849.10 crore after listing.
Listing details
A total of 9.22 lakh shares of the company changed hands on the day of listing. Applicants allotted the minimum lot of 74 shares stood to make a profit of around ₹4,758.20 [(₹265.30 – ₹201) x 74] once the stock listed on the exchanges.
IPO offer size and price band
The Lalithaa Jewellery Mart IPO was a book-built issue worth ₹1,700 crore. It comprised a fresh issue of 5.97 crore shares worth ₹1,200 crore and an offer for sale of 2.49 crore shares worth ₹500 crore. The price band was fixed at ₹190-201 per share, and the minimum lot size for retail investors was 74 shares, aggregating to an investment of ₹14,874.
Subscription details
The IPO was subscribed 62.97 times overall during its subscription period from 17 to 19 August 2026. Investors across categories placed bids for 395 crore shares against a net offer size of 6.276 crore shares available after anchor allocations.
The qualified institutional buyers category was subscribed 145.38 times, the non-institutional investors quota was booked 73.90 times, and the retail investor category was subscribed 11.81 times. Employees of the company booked their quota 8.51 times.
Stock movement after listing
The stock eased from its listing levels as the session progressed. On the NSE, Lalithaa Jewellery Mart last traded at ₹258.68, down around 2.38% from its ₹265 listing price but still up 28.70% over the ₹201 issue price. On the BSE, the stock last traded at ₹258.40, down around 2.60% from its ₹265.30 listing price but still up 28.56% over the issue price.
Promoter stake
Promoters M. Kiran Kumar Jain and Hemaa Kiran Kumar Jain diluted a portion of their holding through the offer for sale. Promoter shareholding fell to 82.85% after listing, from 97.72% before the public issue.
