Shankesh Jewellers’ post-listing market capitalisation stood at ₹1,472.81 crore. On the NSE, the stock touched an intraday high of ₹111.00 and a low of ₹94.60, and was trading at ₹97.26, up ₹4.26 (4.58%), as of 1.05 pm, with volumes of over 8.04 crore shares. On the BSE, the stock touched a high of ₹110.99 and a low of ₹94.59, and was trading at ₹97.20, up ₹4.20 (4.52%), with volumes of over 53.94 lakh shares.

The company’s revenue grew at a 24% CAGR to ₹1,631 crore between FY24 and FY26, while EBITDA rose to ₹158 crore and profit after tax to ₹107 crore. Its EBITDA margin improved from 2.7% to 9.7% over the same period. 

Proceeds from the fresh issue will go towards repayment or pre-payment of borrowings, funding working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.
