What Does Nityas Gems and Jewellery Do?
Incorporated in April 2022, the company designs and manufactures lab-grown diamond-studded gold jewellery at its facility in Surat. It mainly follows a business-to-business (B2B) model, which means its customers are other businesses. It supplies organised and standalone retailers, as well as wholesalers, across multiple states. It also supplies customers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Australia, Canada, Taiwan and Kenya.
In July 2025, the company acquired Ayaani Diamonds and Jewellery Private Limited. Ayaani is a direct-to-consumer jewellery brand that sells online and through 10 stores across eight cities.

Outlook
