Shiprocket IPO Allotment Status Likely Today: GMP, Listing Date and Status Check

Shiprocket is likely to finalise the basis of allotment for its Rs 1,617.48-crore initial public offering today, August 17, after the issue closed with overall subscription of 99.38 times during its three-day bidding window. 

What Is The Shiprocket IPO Subscription Status? 

The issue received bids for 9,38,51,68,562 equity shares against 9,44,36,030 shares on offer. Bidding ran from August 12 to August 14. 

Qualified institutional buyers subscribed 122.80 times, non-institutional investors 88.99 times and retail individual investors 46.42 times. 

What Is The Shiprocket IPO GMP Today? 

GMP for Shiprocket stood at around Rs 32 over the IPO’s Rs 97 upper price band, a premium of about 33 percent. This puts the estimated listing price at around Rs 129. 

GMP is not an official price indicator and does not guarantee the actual listing price. 

How To Check Shiprocket IPO Allotment Status?. 

Investors can check allotment status through the registrar, KFin Technologies, or on the BSE and NSE websites.

On KFin Technologies: 

  1. Visit the KFin Technologies IPO allotment status page at ipostatus.kfintech.com. 
  2. Select Shiprocket from the list of IPOs. 
  3. Select the option to check status using PAN, application number or DP ID/Client ID. Enter the relevant details. 
  4. Enter the captcha, if prompted. 
  5. Click on submit. 
  6. The Shiprocket IPO allotment status will be displayed on the screen. 

On BSE: 

  1. Visit the BSE website at bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx. 
  2. Select “Equity” under issue type. 
  3. Select Shiprocket from the issue name. 
  4. Enter the PAN or application number. 
  5. Enter the captcha displayed on the screen. 
  6. Click on submit. 
  7. The Shiprocket IPO allotment status will be displayed. 

On NSE: 

  1. Visit the NSE website at nseindia.com/invest/check-trades-bids-verify-ipo-bids. 
  2. Select Shiprocket from the list of issues. 
  3. Enter PAN No or Application No 
  4. Enter the captcha, if prompted.  
  5. Submit the details. 
  6. The Shiprocket IPO application status will be displayed. 

 

Shiprocket IPO Refund, Demat Credit And Listing Date 

Refunds and unblocking of funds, along with credit of shares to demat accounts, are expected on August 18. Shiprocket shares are scheduled to list on the BSE and NSE on August 19. 

Shiprocket IPO Price Band And Issue Size 

The IPO price band was fixed at Rs 92 to Rs 97 per equity share. The Rs 1,617.48-crore issue comprised a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 885.48 crore and an offer for sale worth Rs 732 crore by existing shareholders.  

Axis Capital, BofA Securities India, JM Financial and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company are the book-running lead managers to the issue. 

Who Are The Shiprocket IPO Anchor Investors? 

Shiprocket raised Rs 727.41 crore from 50 anchor investors on August 11, ahead of the IPO opening. The company allotted 7.5 crore equity shares to anchor investors at Rs 97 apiece. 

The anchor book included Nomura, Ashoka WhiteOak, Goldman Sachs and Societe Generale. Domestic mutual funds accounted for a sizeable share of the allocation, with 5 crore shares allotted to 13 mutual funds across 31 schemes, including those managed by SBI Mutual Fund, HDFC AMC, Nippon Life India, Kotak Mahindra AMC, UTI AMC, Mirae Asset, Edelweiss, PGIM India and Bandhan Mutual Fund. 

Insurance companies, including Tata AIA Life, Axis Max Life and Edelweiss Life, were allotted 53.41 lakh shares worth Rs 51.8 crore. 

How Will Shiprocket Use The IPO Proceeds? 

Shiprocket plans to use Rs 365.6 crore from the net proceeds of the fresh issue for marketing initiatives and investments in technology infrastructure and capabilities. Another Rs 210 crore is earmarked for repayment or prepayment of borrowings. The company had total borrowings of Rs 244.5 crore as of July 10, 2026. 

The remaining proceeds will be used for unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes. 

What Are Shiprocket’s Financials? 

Shiprocket reported a net loss of Rs 79.2 crore in FY26, compared with a loss of Rs 74.4 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations increased 24 percent year-on-year to Rs 2,024.1 crore in FY26, from Rs 1,632 crore in FY25.
