About Adroit Industries (India) Ltd

Adroit Industries India Limited was initially incorporated as originally formed as a Partnership Firm under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 under the name M/s Adroit Industries India' dated March 09, 1966, and was reconstituted, pursuant to a deed of partnership dated June 02, 1994. M/s Adroit Industries India' was thereafter converted from a partnership firm to a Public Limited Company, as Adroit Industries (India) Limited, and a Certificate of Incorporation dated January 19, 1995 was issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Company is presently engaged in the manufacturing of Auto parts and components. The Company commenced as a partnership firm established by its erstwhile promoters in 1966 and have since evolved into an integrated manufacturer of precision-machined torque-transmission components and complete propeller shaft assemblies. Over the decades, it has expanded the operations, diversified the product base and entered international markets, supported by capacity enhancements. These includes the conversion of the partnership firm into the incorporation of the Company in 1995, the acquisition of Dewas forging facility to strengthen in-house manufacturing plants and the continuous expansion of product offerings. In 2007, the present Promoter acquired control of the Company from the erstwhile promoters.
