Ganesh Green Bharat Limited was originally formed as Partnership Firm as 'M/s. Ganesh Electricals', through a Deed of Partnership dated April 02, 2016. Further, 'M/s Ganesh Electricals' got converted from Partnership Firm to a Private Company as 'Ganesh Electricals Private Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation dated May 13, 2019 with the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Again, it changed the name from 'Ganesh Electricals Private Limited' to 'Ganesh Green Bharat Private Limited' on October 11, 2023. The status of the Company got converted into Public and the name of the Company changed from 'Ganesh Green Bharat Private Limited' to 'Ganesh Green Bharat Limited' vide Certificate dated October 13, 2023 at the ROC, Ahmedabad. Company is engaged in the business of is a manufacturing of solar module and providing comprehensive portfolios in the field of supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of solar and electrical goods and services. The Company started as a partnership firm in year 2016 with focus on Electrical contracting services.
