To provide comprehensive range of neurosurgery and neurology services, Mosesjoseph Arunkumar established a hospital in the name of Hannah Joseph Hospital' as a sole proprietorship in Madurai town of Tamil Nadu, in 2008. On September 9, 2008, the hospital became a member of Nursing Homes and Hospital Board, Indian Medical Association Tamil Nadu State. Later, Hannah Joseph Hospital Limited was incorporated as a private limited as 'Hannah Joseph Hospital Private Limited' at Tamil Nadu as a private limited company , dated October 24, 2011, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu. Subsequently, Company changed its status to a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to Hannah Joseph Hospital Limited' vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 29, 2022. Recognizing the demand for increased bed capacity and lack of space, the hospital was relocated in year 2020. This expansion mark a notable development for the Company, signifying sustained growth and progress in the healthcare services.
