Hypersoft Technologies Limited, formerly known as 'V V Circuits Limited' was incorporated on April 18, 1983. The name of the Company was changed in 1999-00. Hypersoft is a technology consulting and IT services company delivering innovative, scalable, and business-driven solutions. It partner with organizations to accelerate digital transformation and enhance operational efficiency through technology. Its
expertise spans IT Consulting, Cloud Solutions, Software Engineering, Data & Al, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services, combining domain expertise, technical excellence, and a customer-first approach to deliver measurable business outcomes.
The Company started its operations in software related activities in year 2000. It built speedy and cost-effective turnkey Web and Windows applications, database applications, web application services and web-commerce sites for unique needs of individual clients worldwide.
The Company in 2017-18, tied up with Trade lab, adding synergy to the product line of stockbroking. With this tie-up, an end-to-end solution for Stockbrokers was created - from trading to accounting to back office a seamless system was made available. A complete ERP on the Android platform developed and became a flagship product of the Company.
Apart from this, the Company provides cost effective and efficient solutions and consultancy to customers in market segments such as, Securities Management and Stock Broking; Business application development; Manufactur ...ing and ERP systems; Business Process Reengineering, Textile industries; Conversion of Legacy Systems to Client Server Platforms; Online Accounting; BPO operations and VoIP Based Call Center solutions.
The Company shifted its focus to other products especially Online opening of Accounts for Stockbrokers. The new management has altered the main objects of the Company in the EGM held on 10th March 2025 to strengthen the Company in core IT and IT enabled Services from Electronics and software business.
In 2026, the Company expanded its global footprint by acquiring NX Global Pte. Ltd. and Nexus Innovate Pte. Ltd. in Singapore and made them the wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company. The Company embarked as a trusted global IT consulting and technology services partner, building on its capabilities, talent and experience across markets.
