About Leap India Limited
Leap India Limited was incorporated in 2013 and is engaged in providing asset pooling and sustainable supply chain management solutions. The company offers equipment pooling, returnable packaging, inventory management, transportation, repair and maintenance services.
Its product portfolio includes wooden pallets, reusable containers, industrial material handling equipment, articulated forklifts and VNA forklifts. The company serves industries such as FMCG, food & beverages, 3PL, e-commerce, automotive and industrial manufacturing. Its customer base includes Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Marico, Toll (India) Logistics, Daikin Airconditioning India and Panasonic Life Solutions India.
As of March 31, 2026, Leap India had 419 permanent employees and 2,062 material handling equipment (MHE) operators.
Objectives of the Issue
The company proposes to utilise the net proceeds from the fresh issue towards:
- Repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings amounting to ₹360 crore.
- General corporate purposes.
