LCC has diversified into the spheres of multimedia, computer-aided art & design, communications and software development. MPACT- the multimedia division was born in 1997. To promote Short term IT and Communication related programs with greater value of certification, the company has tied up with University of Cambridge for its I T and Communication technology and BULATS(Business English) program. This enables, successful students gets their Certificates directly from Cambridge University. The Company achieved some major operational milestones like empanelment to conduct residential project named ' Deen Dayal Upadhya Grameen Kausal Yojana- DDUGKY-UP under Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission in 2021-22. As a process of ongoing expansion, the company set up a 100 seat BPO project at Chennai, a Management Institute with technologically advanced infrastructure and an International Call Center at Kolkata. During the year 2024-25, approx. 5000 youth across state of Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal were trained under different courses. Cumulatively, around 1.27 lakh youth got trained under the skilling programme. To scale up the skilling programme. Further, the programme for skilling differently abled youth running in Odisha, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal, was expanded to by establishing new centres and also leveraging the existing centres of implementing partners.
