Modern Shares & Stockbrokers Limited, formerly known as Modern Home Credit & Capital Limited, was established as a private limited company on 1st July, 1939 and subsequently converted into a public limited company on 20th November, 1970. Further, the name of the Company was changed from Modern Home Credit & Capital Limited to Modern Shares & Stockbrokers Limited in February, 2001. The Company provide a range of services covering Retail Broking, Mutual Fund Distribution and Equity Research. The Retail Broking Business caters to the needs of individual Indian and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) investors. It offer dealer assisted trade execution and access to all IPOs. The company expanded its activities of Leasing, Hire Purchase and Investment in equity. It also entered into merchant banking activities.
