Incorporated in 1984, Rasandik Engineering Industries India Limited is a BSE-listed small-cap entity with an approximate market capitalization of Rs35 Crores as on 31 March 2026. Company operates primarily in the sheet metal fabrication segment and has, in recent years, expanded into the electric mobility space through manufacturing of electric three-wheelers. The Company's strategic entry into the electric threewheeler segment in recent past aligns with the Government of India's push towards sustainable mobility, supported by initiatives such as FAME and various state EV policies. The electric three-wheeler market has emerged as a highgrowth segment due to lower operating costs, rising fuel prices, and increasing adoption in last-mile connectivity. The Company has made gradual progress in establishing its presence in this segment, though it is operating in a highly competitive environment with both organized and unorganized players. In 2003, the Company set up Lab for Fuel Tank Life Cycle Tests. It commissioned 1200T HYD Press in 2004. In June 2006, the Company set up Tailor Welded Blanks (TWB) system. The Pune Plant for Sheet Metal Components Assembly Unit was made fully operational in 2007-08. It launched Three-wheeler assembly line in 2008.
