Xelpmoc Design and Tech Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company with the name Xelpmoc Design and Tech Private Limited' on September 16, 2015. The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Xelpmoc Design and Tech Limited' on July 20, 2018. The Company provide professional and technical consulting services to corporates and startups through product development, data science, and analytics. These are built through an intricate focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning combined Natural Language Processing and Data Analytics. The Company commenced operations in Bengaluru, India, in 2015 and has since serviced enterprises across four states in India. Its business operations may broadly be categorized as techno ...logy services, and technology solutions/ products. The Company also occasionally provides business support to some of its clients to enable them to set-up their operations. The Company is one of the few technology service providers with accessibility to domain experts. Since incorporation, the Company expanded offerings to include data science capabilities, query optimization and rapid iteration services. With the launch of their technology products vertical, the Company also provide services to certain government organizations, including services to enhance and upgrade technology applications and infrastructure requirements. It offer services to entrepreneurs to support their ventures. The Company engaged into a Joint Venture agreement with Fortigo Network Logistics Private Limited in 2017. It made a First Agreement for rendering the services with a government organisation in October, 2017. In January 2019, the Company came up with an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 35,01,442 equity shares by raising money from public through equity aggregating to Rs 23 Crores. In 2019, the Company completed Prototype development for a US based stealth mode healthcare start-up. It built complex matching engine algorithm module for a US-based marketing analytics company. It established modern data lake infrastructure for a leading retail chain. It assisted a government body in identifying fake- looking' data from partner organizations. In 2020-21, the Company acquired 100% equity shares of Signal Analytics Private Limited and it became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company effective December 01, 2020. The Company established wholly owned foreign subsidiary, Xelpmoc Design and Tech UK Limited', for international expansion in 2022. The Company further acquired a 25% stake in Mayaverse Inc., a United States-based company in 2023.
