Incorporated in June 2011, Om Power Transmission is a power transmission infrastructure EPC company with over 14 years of experience. It executes high-voltage and extra-high voltage transmission lines, substations, and underground cabling projects on a turnkey basis, covering design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and operation and maintenance services.

As of December 31, 2025, its unexecuted order book comprised 58 projects valued at ₹744.60 crore, including 51 EPC contracts and 7 O&M agreements. The company operates and maintains 124 substations with a permanent workforce of 1,164 employees.
