Crizac Limited was originally incorporated as GA Educational Services Private Limited', at Kolkata as a Private Limited Company issued by the RoC, on January 03, 2011. Thereafter, the name of Company changed to GA Solutions Private Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 16, 2012 was issued to Company by the RoC. Again, the name was changed to Crizac Private Limited', dated December 15, 2023, by the RoC. The status of the Company was made Public Limited and the name of the Company was changed to Crizac Limited' pursuant to a fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the RoC on February 13, 2024. Crizac is an AI-native global mobility platform, trusted at every step of the international student journey. From the first spark of ambition to study overseas to the final outcome of a confirmed university seat, the Company connects students, counselling partners and universities through an intelligent, datadriven ecosystem. By combining AI-led capabilities with a global counselling partner network, deep institutional relationships and technology-enabled processes, Crizac helps turn aspirations into outcomes with greater consistency, transparency and scale. In 2014, the Company started working with institutes from Ireland as destination country to enrol students and was appointed as Regional Representatives pursuant to a Regional Representation Agreement with Institute of Technology Tralee, Ireland dated March 27, 2014. In 2016, the Company started ...working with institutes from Canada as destination country to enrol students and got into an agreement with Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning for Recruitment of International Students dated September 22, 2015 with respect to recruitment of international students into Conestoga's programs. In 2017, it started working with institutes from New Zealand as destination country to enrol students and partnered with University of Canterbury, New Zealand pursuant to a Partner Agreement dated May 21, 2016. In 2018, it started working with institutes from Australia as destination country to enrol students and entered into an Agency Agreement with EduCo Sydney Branch, Pty. Ltd, EduCo', a collaboration partner for the delivery of academic programs and recruitment of students into EduCo Southern Cross University Campuses. The Company further got into student recruitment services agreement dated January 7, 2021 with University of Greenwich for promotion and recruitment of students in the programme of University of Greenwich in 2021. The Company acquired 100% shares of Crizac UK, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in 2024. The Company launched the initial public offer of 35,102,040 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each by raising funds aggregating to Rs 860 Crore via offer for sale in July, 2025. The Company has acquired UCOL FZE in UAE as a wholly owned subsidiary in FY 2025. On 23 October 2025, the Company acquired 51% stake of StudiesPlanet.com Ltd and a majority stake in Global Tree Careers Private Limited has expanded the Company's presence in direct-to-student counselling, immigration and allied services in FY2026.
