Mapro Industries Limited was originally incorporated on February 08, 1973 as Meena Air Products Limited with Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana and got Certificate for Commencement of Business on February 16, 1973. The name of the company was changed from Meena Air Products Limited to Mapro Industries Limited and had obtained fresh certificate of incorporation on September 15, 1995. Since the year 2013, the Company is engaged in the business of execution of civil construction contracts through sub-contracting. Initially, it was engaged in trading of welding accessories. Company witnessed growth in number of projects being undertaken and also in revenues of the company.
The second Joint Venture for development of housing cum commercial complex at Panvel was completed in 2009. Comp ...any's Trading Division started trading in animal feed in 2010. Company demerged d its Gas division & Venture Division to Mapro Gas Ltd (MGLI & Mapro Ventures Ltd (MVL) via Scheme of Demerger, making it effective from 24.03.2012 in FY 2011-12.
The Company was taken over by Mr. Sandeep Gupta & Others via Share Purchase Agreement dated January 17, 2013 in FY 2012-13. The Company has entered into trading activity of Iron & Steel and cement in FY 2024-25.
