The fourth-quarter earnings season picks up pace on Wednesday, with more than 60 listed companies scheduled to report results for Q4FY26. The day’s announcements span sectors including automobiles, cement, consumer goods, paints, energy, and technology. 

Key names on the list include Bajaj Auto, Shree Cement, Godrej Consumer Products, Polycab India, One 97 Communications (Paytm), CG Power and Industrial Solutions, PB Fintech, KPIT Technologies, Radico Khaitan, Sula Vineyards, Meesho, Blue Star, Kansai Nerolac Paints, Birlasoft, and Firstsource Solutions.

How Did Key Companies Perform in Q3FY26? 

Ahead of today’s Q4 announcements, here is how three closely watched companies fared in the previous quarter. 

Bajaj Auto 

Bajaj Auto reported a 23.1% year-on-year rise in consolidated total income to Rs 16,640.49 crore in Q3FY26, compared to Rs 13,516.41 crore in Q3FY25. Profit after tax grew 25.2% year-on-year to Rs 2,749.82 crore from Rs 2,195.65 crore in the same period last year. 

Shree Cement 

Shree Cement posted a 5.6% year-on-year increase in consolidated total income to Rs 4,946.04 crore in Q3FY26, against Rs 4,683.46 crore in Q3FY25. Net profit rose 38.2% year-on-year to Rs 267.65 crore from Rs 193.72 crore. 

Godrej Consumer Products 

Godrej Consumer Products recorded an 8% year-on-year rise in consolidated total income to Rs 4,155.01 crore in Q3FY26, up from Rs 3,851.53 crore in Q3FY25. Profit after tax came in at Rs 497.91 crore, marginally lower than Rs 498.31 crore in Q3FY25.
