An Upcoming IPO refers to a public issue where bidding dates are announced but subscriptions have not yet started. Once live, investors can place bids until 5 PM on the closing date.

Investments above ₹2,00,000. Divided into Small (₹2–10L) and Big HNI (₹10L+). Quota up to 15%.
Retail Investors
Individuals investing up to ₹2 lakh. 35% of shares are reserved for retail investors.
